Rio Bowl

Below is the recipe for the famous Acai Rio Bowl.

Acai Rio Bowl

 

Ingredients

1 Large Banana
2 x 100 gram packs pure frozen Acai Pulp or puree
1/2 cup Apple Juice or plain soy milk

Toppings:

Remaining banana slices or strawberry slices
1/4 cup Granola

Cooking Instructions

Slice two-thirds of a large banana into a blender & add the 2 packs of pure Acai pulp or puree with enough apple juice or soy milk to cover the blades of the blender. (Usually 1/2 cup)

Blend Thick and pour into a bowl. Sprinkle on granola and the remaining toppings.
