Acai Energy Bowl
Below is the recipe for the infamous Acai Energy
Bowl.

Ingredients
1 x 100 gram pack pure frozen Acai Pulp or puree
(Or replace with Sambazon's Energy pack for extra kick)
8 whole strawberries (frozen)
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup soy milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings:
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup fresh berries or seasonal fruit
Cooking Instructions
1. Mix Acai, strawberries, yogurt, soy milk, and vanilla
in a blender until finely chopped.
2. Pour into bowl and sprinkle toppings on.
